1. The mould is made carefully. Most of the parts are preciously processed by the digital machine tool and CNC processing method. The main parts of the mould are made of imported materials.

2. The mould alters the traditional concave cavity to large slippers on the both sides to radically resolve the problems of sprain, low flatness, unclear lineation, uneven sand grains and poor vitalization due to poor welding. The production stability has been improved.

3. The mould core uses S136H materials imported from Sweden for a better preservative effect.

4. The moulds is applicable to the production of PBT special materials.
