1. The mould is made carefully. Most of the parts are preciously processed by the digital machine tool and CNC processing method. The main parts of the mould are made of imported materials.

2. It is a large mould with an inclined pulling core in every corner, which replaces the traditional slipper mode to have a more simple and rational mould structure.

3. Ejector retainer plate on the inclined pulling core is a connection-mode secondary ejection, which prevents the products from fracture and ejection mark to improve the finished product rate.

 4. The innovative design make the operation easier. It puts a lower requirement on production tonnage of plastic jetting-molding machine to make production more convenient.
